    Haidouk grilled pork

    Ingredients : 300 gr. leg of pork 100 gr. Bacon 1 onion 3 green peppers 3 red peppers 1 lemon 2 tomatoes 300 gr. Potatoes 5 gr. black pepper Salt Soy-bean sauce 300 gr. sunflower for frying 3 wooden skewers
    Cut the meat in cubes, flavor with salt, pepper and soy-bean sauce. Arrange the meat on wooden skewers and put some pieces of bacon, onion and pepper between the pieces of meat. Grill on a barbecue. Stick the skewers in a half of a (...)
